Manage relationships and activities related to Network Partners and customers Produce customer and Network Partner data analytics and reports Streamline processes and data analysis to ensure excellent delivery standards Monitor portfolio data and performance Monitor and implement related metrics to proactively ensure customer satisfaction Establish best practices to optimize service delivery Ensure financial and accounting close activities are completed by deadlines Collaborate with other teams and subject matter experts to identify relevant data sources and improve operational and customer reports Work alongside experts in various technological domains Enhance skills through real-world experience and contribute to a team that values input and creativity

Требования

University degree, preferably in an analytical or quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Math,



or Statistics 3–5 Years of relevant work experience related to the responsibilities Strong knowledge of data administration and management functions, including collection, analysis, and distribution Ability to work with large datasets across business segments and extrapolate findings to support decision-making Communication, presentation, project management, and relationship skills Proven experience in financial reporting and/or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial data processes Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines under pressure English at business fluency level, written and spoken Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail Будет плюсом: Basic knowledge of the insurance business, experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, previous consulting or auditing experience
