Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Málaga Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on providing healthcare-related expertise to support agency projects, campaigns, and client initiatives, particularly where medical accuracy and patient-centered perspectives are essential.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and validating health-related content, offering guidance on medical topics, and collaborating with creative and account teams to ensure healthcare communications are accurate, clear, and compliant with relevant standards.

The Healthcare

Specialist may assist in developing training materials, supporting emergency medical considerations for events or activations, and advising on best practices in healthcare communication. The role also involves communicating complex medical information in accessible language and participating in internal training or knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess healthcare expertise,



such as EMT experience and a strong foundation in medicine.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to convey medical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess experience in healthcare training, education, or supporting health-related programs.
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of general healthcare practices and patient-centered care.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare (e.g., EMT or other clinical qualifications) are beneficial.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably in advertising, marketing, or healthcare communications, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Málaga Metropolitan Area and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, with additional language skills (such as Spanish) considered a plus.
