In this role, you will manage daily operations across your assigned area, driving performance through your frontline leadership team while maintaining the highest standards for safety and associate experience.

You will use data to identify trends, solve problems, and implement process improvements that directly impact how we deliver for customers. Analyze operational data across shifts to identify trends, diagnose systemic issues, and implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, and efficiency within your department.

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including safety, human resources, and learning teams to align on site-wide goals and drive initiatives that strengthen overall operational performance.
- Plan and adjust staffing, resources, and processes to meet changing business demands, making sound decisions in ambiguous situations while keeping your team informed and engaged.A day in the lifeYou will start your day reviewing safety metrics and operational dashboards before leading a pre-shift meeting with your frontline leaders. You will partner with support teams to resolve escalations,



review performance data to adjust plans for the shift, and hold development conversations with your direct reports to help them build their leadership capabilities.We work together to move millions of items through our network safely and efficiently, and we are always looking for ways to improve.
