Klev&Vera; is expanding its Immigration practice and we are looking for an experienced International Immigration Lawyer to join our team in Barcelona.

We are an international law firm advising individuals, families and businesses with cross-border interests in Spain. Our Immigration practice works closely with our Tax, Corporate and other legal teams to provide coordinated advice to international clients.

The role

You will advise international clients and manage your own portfolio of immigration matters with a high degree of autonomy.

Your responsibilities will include

- Advising individuals, families and companies on Spanish immigration and global mobility matters.
- Managing immigration matters from initial assessment through preparation, filing, follow-up and completion.
- Handling residence and work authorisations, international mobility matters, family-related applications, nationality and procedures under Law 14/2013 and LO 4/2000.
- Preparing and reviewing applications, legal submissions and supporting documentation.
- Communicating directly with clients in English and Spanish.
- Managing deadlines, identifying risks and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
- Coordinating with other Klev&Vera; practice areas where matters involve tax, corporate or other legal considerations.
- Contributing to the development of legal know-how and continuous improvement within the Immigration practice.

What we are looking for

- Degree in Law and qualification to practise law in Spain.




- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in Spanish Immigration Law / Global Mobility.
- Solid practical knowledge of Spanish immigration procedures, including Law 14/2013 and LO 4/2000.
- Experience managing matters independently and advising clients directly.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Good legal judgement and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Additional languages and experience advising international companies or internationally mobile professionals will be valued.
