As a Labour Lawyer at Glovo, you will support the HQ Legal Team in handling day-to-day labour matters for the business model, couriers, and operations. You’ll manage inspections, labour trials, and contentious proceedings, while advising on day-to-day labour implications and collaborating with external firms. The role involves handling large volumes of data and reviewing various legal documents to enable compliant, efficient operations.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to influence labour strategy in a leading on‑demand platform.

Responsabilidades

- 1-2 years of experience in labour law
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
- Interest in startups, technology, and fast-paced environments
- Proactive problem solver with multitasking xugodme and prioritization skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to distill complex issues into clear recommendations
- International profile and ability to work in a flexible, collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
