Overview The Brand Ambassador represents Natasha Denona within Sephora locations across the Madrid region. This client-facing role is responsible for driving sales, delivering elevated product experiences and ensuring consistent brand execution in-store. Key areas of focus include client engagement, product education, complexion expertise and strong partnership with Sephora teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales through proactive client engagement, product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Provide expert shade matching and product consultations, with a strong focus on complexion
- Educate clients and Sephora teams on brand products, launches and application techniques
- Maintain brand presentation, visual-merchandising standards and tester hygiene
- Support in-store events, product launches and promotional activations
- Build strong relationships with store leadership and team members to strengthen brand visibility and support
- Accurately track and report daily sales, activity and relevant store feedback through designated recap tools
- Remain actively engaged on the sales floor throughout all scheduled working hours

Qualifications





- Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English are required
- As part of a integral organization, English is the primary language used for companywide communication, training and collaboration
- Previous retail beauty or client-facing sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Passion for beauty and a strong understanding of complexion products
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods
- Ability to satisfy all employment eligibility, onboarding and documentation requirements established by the brand’s locally based Employer of Record

Role Details

- Permanent, fixed-salary position employed through the brand’s local Employer of Record
- Dedicated exclusively to supporting Natasha Denona during scheduled working hours
- Reports to the EU Field Sales Manager
- In-store, client-facing position averaging approximately 24 hours per week
- No direct reports
