Marketing Intern IAI - Biologic Product | Pharmaceutical Industry The opportunity - 12 months internship

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and make things happen to support the Marketing team for a biologic product. The role combines the execution of brand initiatives, coordination of materials and activities, basic analysis, and rigorous process follow-up in a regulated environment.

The focus will not simply be on completing tasks, but on doing them properly from the outset: understanding the objective, structuring the steps, anticipating roadblocks, paying attention to detail, documenting progress, and closing each deliverable with full traceability.

Role purpose To contribute to the effective and compliant execution of the marketing plan by providing operational support to the brand team and helping materials, projects, and data progress with quality, coordination, and timeliness. The intern will work with the appropriate supervision and in accordance with applicable internal procedures at all times.

Key responsibilities

- Brand plan execution. Support campaigns, education and awareness projects, meetings, congresses, and other initiatives aimed at authorized audiences, from brief preparation through follow-up and completion.

- Materials management in Veeva. Support the uploading, classification, version control, metadata updates, submission for review, comment tracking, and archiving of materials in Veeva Vault PromoMats .Process discipline. Keep trackers, calendars, checklists, and documentation up to date; confirm that each deliverable uses the correct version and follows the internal review and approval workflow.

- Cross-functional coordination. Work with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Digital, agencies,



and suppliers to gather input, confirm ownership, and facilitate the progress of activities.

- Analysis and follow-up. Consolidate campaign and activity information, prepare straightforward descriptive analyses, identify deviations, and turn available data into practical conclusions for the team.

- Understanding the environment. Develop a basic understanding of the biologic product, its therapeutic area, the patient journey, healthcare stakeholders, and the competitive landscape, using only authorised sources and materials.

Candidate profile
- Degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biosciences, or a related field, with the ability to enter into an internship agreement where required.

- Currently completing a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing and eligible to undertake a 12-month internship.

- A genuine interest in pharmaceutical marketing, biologic products, and working in a regulated environment.

- Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; academic or practical experience in analysis, presentations, or project management will be valued.

- Training in AI tools, including Copilot, and Microsoft 365.

- Knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva CRM, or other content management and approval workflow tools will be valued. Previous experience is not required where there is a strong ability to learn.

- Minimum English level: B2.

What you will learn

You will gain practical exposure to the pharmaceutical marketing cycle: brand planning, content creation and approval, omnichannel coordination, agency management, basic analysis, and collaboration with medical, digital, regulatory, legal, and commercial functions. Your experience and level of autonomy will develop in line with the training plan and the supervision provided.
