Role description:
As a member of the global Online Business team you will be driving the growth of our digital sales channel and increase digital experience through our platforms and services aligned with the global digital strategy and local market needs. You will play a key role in steering assigned clusters, monitoring business performance and managing cross-functional projects to enhance our online business and customer experience.
You will guide clusters to foster digital transformation in the market with focus on strong collaboration across clusters and general functions, clear KPIs and continuous optimization of workflows.
- Lead and coordinate Online Business projects from planning through implementation
- Drive and monitor the performance of dedicated clusters within our online business organization
- Analyze key business and e-commerce KPIs to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Support the implementation of new tools, processes and digital initiatives across markets.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales, conversion,
profitability and customer engagement
- Collaborate closely with local market teams and central stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analyses and business insights
- Build and implement training and playbooks to translate corporate digital objectives into cluster-level initiatives
- Capture lessons learned from clusters and institutionalize best practices across clusters within the global Online Business team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in E-Commerce, Online Business, Business Development, Project Management, or a comparable area.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in an international environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; German and other language skills are considered a strong advantage.
