We are looking for a Operational Resilience Consultant to join our teams and work with a major international client in the insurance sector.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Review deliverables produced by different entities to validate their alignment with the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology and established quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to entities in the implementation of the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
- Participate in DORA-related initiatives, including review and validation activities for Critical Important Functions (CIFs) and updates to their definitions.
- Review the quality of data recorded in Operational Resilience tools and in the DORA Register of Information.
- Support the simplification, update, and alignment of Business Continuity Management frameworks with Business Resilience guidelines.




- Incorporate new BCM controls into corporate guidelines and contribute to the enhancement of testing and exercising practices.
- Assess the quality of entities’ Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all deliverables are produced on time, are auditable and traceable, and meet the quality standards required for senior stakeholder review.

What profile are we looking for?

- Academic background in Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
- Solid experience with BCM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements and obligations.
- Experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and testing and exercising programs.
- Ability to review documentation, analyze processes, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
- Fluent English level.

- Experience working with Riskonnect.
- Experience in Operational Resilience projects within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and international standards related to business continuity and operational resilience.
