As an Account Manager for Spain, you will onboard and support partners, ensuring they and their clients maximize Factorial’s platform. You’ll align client needs with product, collect feedback, and coordinate improvements with internal teams. The role blends relationship management with a consultative, outcome-driven approach to unlock the Spanish market. You will work closely with partners to drive adoption and deliver a tailored experience.

Responsabilidades

- Native-level Spanish
- Fluent English
- Experience as Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner, Consultant, or Account Manager is valuable
- Proactivity and initiative to activate partners
- Fast learner able to grasp product updates quickly
- Problem-solving xugodme mindset with ability to propose alternatives
- Growth mindset with idea generation
- Strong analytical ability to understand market specifics
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus
