As Associate Privacy Counsel you will advise on data protection to enable Delivery Hero’s growth. You’ll support the general data protection office in implementing privacy programs and ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to shape privacy by design, manage risk, and respond to investigations while contributing to AI governance and data protection initiatives.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR and global frameworks
- Draft, negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements
- Conduct privacy due diligence for onboarding third-party providers and Mu0026A activities
- Support data mapping, DPIAs, and documentation of processing activities
- Develop and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and procedures




- Coordinate privacy communications to Group management, boards, and leadership
- Conduct privacy maturity audits and remediation reporting
- Manage privacy investigations and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks

Responsabilidades

- 2–3 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related fields
- Educational background in law (Bachelor or comparable degree)
- Certified EU privacy expertise a plus (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO)
- Excellent xugodme English; Polish, Spanish or German a plus
- Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven, able to drive initiatives cross-functionally
