Datacenter People is working with a client that designs and implements power and electrical distribution infrastructures in data centers.

What The Job Involves

- Lead on-site execution of electrical installation works for data centre projects.

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, ensuring compliance with technical specs and H&S; standards.

- Act as the main site liaison between project management, engineering teams, and clients.

- Monitor progress, proactively resolve issues, and maintain schedule and quality benchmarks.

- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and Neklan DC’s electrical standards.

- Oversee testing, inspections, and commissioning preparation of electrical systems.

Manage all relevant site documentation: daily reports, safety logs, as-built drawings, checklists.

- Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings on-site.

We Are Looking For Someone With





- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing MEP site works with a clear specialisation in electrical installations.

- Strong technical background in MV/LV systems, power distribution, UPS, busbars, grounding, and monitoring.

- Experience working in data centres or mission-critical environments. Thorough understanding of safety protocols.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and SLDs.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multicultural teams.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management tools. Willingness to relocate temporarily within the EU during project phases.
