As Senior Manager, you will bridge business strategy with technology in the MedTech EP-CNV region, shaping a multi-year product and platform roadmap. You’ll lead a regional tech organization, aligning cross-country teams to deliver AI-enabled, compliant solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Your work accelerates digital transformation, enabling differentiated offerings across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will partner with regional leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and growth.

- Co-create regional and country technology strategy aligned with MedTech goals and translate into a multi-year roadmap
- Position technology as a competitive differentiator through innovation, simplification, and agile go-to-market plans
- Act as strategic technology partner to regional and country leaders to unlock growth and improve customer/patient experience
- Provide accountable technology leadership across regional value chain for BU outcomes
- Develop compliant technology with Cybersecurity, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Privacy partners
- Foster cross-region and cross-country collaboration to digitalize processes in the region and countries
- Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI across commercial, supply chain, service, and Ru0026D-adjacent use cases with data governance
- Drive disciplined product management linking roadmaps to OKRs and dependable delivery
- Own regional technology portfolio prioritization, funding, delivery,



adoption and benefits realization
- Lead talent development, inclusive culture, and external partnerships to shape policy and outcomes
- Manage regional technology budget, ensuring value-driven investments and risk/compliance management
- Ensure cybersecurity, quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance for MedTech software/services
- Coordinate with stakeholders to tailor solutions to local market dynamics and care pathways
- Champion customer-centric design and engagement with providers, payers, and health systems
- Support commercialization teams with tech capabilities and upskilling

Responsabilidades

- Fluency in English and Spanish; excellent written and spoken communication
- Bachelor degree; Master’s preferred
- 8+ years in technology leadership with LOB, engineering, data operations or product teams
- 5+ years of people leadership in matrixed xugodme environments
- Proven ability to translate technology into business outcomes and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with business processes (bids u0026 tenders, order to cash, customer engagement) and interface with ERP, CRM, MES
- Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance
- Experience with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML/GenAI; hands-on leadership beyond pilots
- Experience modernizing legacy environments with safe, compliant digital and AI-enabled solutions
- Proven collaborator with ability to influence decisions in a complex organization
