About the Company
A fast-growing general technology organisation operating in a highly dynamic and evolving market are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join their Accounts Payable team in Madrid and support day-to-day operations.

As a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst, this is an entry-level, execution-focused role, ideal for someone at the start of their finance career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable taking on detail-heavy tasks. You will handle a large share of the team's operational workload: invoice entry, data checks, filing, and basic query handling, while being mentored by more experienced colleagues. Process invoice intake, data entry and document filing accurately and efficiently.
Process straightforward invoices in line with internal controls, approvals and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, open items and accounts payable activity.




Support AP reconciliations by gathering information, identifying discrepancies and flagging outstanding items.
Support Workday implementation activities, including data validation, testing and transition to new AP processes and workflows.

0–1 years of experience in Accounts Payable, finance, or a related field.
~ No prior ERP experience required; Very good level of English, both written and spoken.
~ Comfortable working with structured processes, spreadsheets, and financial data.

Workday testing and data tasks are completed reliably and carefully.
The Junior AP Analyst shows steady progress, building confidence and taking on increasing responsibility over time.
