As an Antenna / RF Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, simulation, and validation of antennas and RF front-end systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the technical and functional feasibility of our products, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee that all technical specifications, quality standards, design to cost focus and project timelines are strictly met.

Key responsabilities

- Antennas and RF Circuit Design: Take part in the design and development of antennas and RF front-end architectures from MHz to mmW application: front ends, LNA, RF filters including Power Amplifiers (PAs), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), filters, mixers, combiners, antennas among others, following the IDS (Idneo Development System)

- Electromagnetic Simulation: Conduct RF and EM simulations using softwares like ADS, Microwave Office, HFSS, Feko.

- Laboratory Testing & Validation:



Define and execute test plans for RF / HW verification in the RF laboratory during each development loop. Utilize advanced instrumentation including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Spectrum Analyzers, radio generators and perform antenna measurements in anechoic chambers.

- PCB Layout: Oversee and guide the PCB layout routing for RF circuits, ensuring strict RF guidelines for signal integrity, grounding, impedance and isolation for all RF traces.

- Design Optimization: Analyze and optimize RF designs to maximize performance while keeping focus on cost.

- Lifecycle & Industrialization: Collaborate with the manufacturing and industrialization teams to ensure a successful transition of prototypes into mass production.

- Technical Documentation: Manage product modifications and generate comprehensive technical documentation, design reports, and test procedures throughout the development cycle.
