Role Description

As a Crypto Fund & Portfolio Strategy Specialist, you will support the development and analysis of digital-asset portfolio strategies across crypto markets, stablecoins, DeFi, and onchain liquidity. You will evaluate market opportunities, portfolio composition, risk exposures, liquidity conditions, and protocol developments while helping connect portfolio strategy with TREZORA’s broader treasury and financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Research cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, digital assets, and emerging blockchain ecosystems

• Develop portfolio research frameworks covering allocation, diversification, liquidity, volatility, and risk

• Analyze digital-asset funds, protocols, onchain strategies, and investment opportunities

• Monitor crypto market conditions, tokenomics, liquidity, and onchain activity

• Evaluate DeFi yield and liquidity strategies for eligible digital assets

• Analyze portfolio performance, exposures, drawdowns, and risk-adjusted outcomes





• Research Layer 1, Layer 2, stablecoin, tokenization, and decentralized-finance ecosystems

• Support strategic analysis of treasury and digital-asset allocation opportunities

• Track developments across integral crypto markets, financial infrastructure, and institutional digital assets

• Prepare portfolio research, market intelligence, investment strategy, and risk reports

• Collaborate with treasury, product, technology, compliance, and financial infrastructure teams

• Translate complex crypto-market developments into clear strategic recommendations and internal research

• Monitor regulatory, market-structure, and institutional developments affecting digital assets and DeFi

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in crypto, digital assets, investment research, portfolio strategy, fund analysis, or financial markets

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, stablecoins, and blockchain ecosystems

• Knowledge of portfolio construction, asset allocation, liquidity management, and investment risk

• Experience analyzing digital assets, crypto funds, protocols, or onchain financial strategies





• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret market and onchain data

• Familiarity with tokenomics, blockchain infrastructure, stablecoin markets, and DeFi protocols

• Excellent research, financial modeling, writing, and communication skills

• Ability to evaluate opportunities while clearly identifying market, liquidity, protocol, and counterparty risks

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving fintech and Web3 environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

• Professional experience with crypto analytics, portfolio-management tools, or blockchain data platforms is a plus

Compensation

€95,000–€125,000 per year, depending on experience, technical expertise, and relevant qualifications.
