We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized TRG Equipment & Materials Coordinator to manage the preparation, shipment, return, inspection, and storage of TRG rigs and training materials. Coordinate the packing and dispatch of TRG rigs to the customer site.
Prepare technical manuals, training documents, translations, and related materials .
Ensure the latest and correct versions of technical and training materials are available.
Prepare training collaterals and supporting materials, such as pencils, stationery, handouts, and other session materials .
Ensure sufficient quantities of all materials are available before each training session.

Inventory & Storeroom Management
Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of TRG rigs, equipment, and materials.




Flag shortages, damaged equipment, or items requiring replenishment in a timely manner.

Experience in equipment coordination, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or training support .
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Office or similar inventory and documentation tools .
Experience supporting training programs, technical training, or customer-site activities .
Experience handling technical equipment or training rigs.
Experience with inventory/warehouse management systems.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all TRG rigs, equipment, technical materials, and training collaterals are correctly prepared, available, functional, and ready for every TRG session , while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring equipment is properly inspected and stored after each customer engagement.
