Role Description As a Sales Specialist Intern at ShelfMoves, you will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients and presenting ShelfMoves’ insights and services to brands, retailers, and other industry stakeholders. You will assist in conducting outreach, preparing sales materials, and participating in client calls and meetings to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions. The role includes maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, following up on inquiries, and helping improve sales processes and customer experience.





You may also collaborate with marketing and research colleagues to align sales messaging with current market insights. This is an on-site internship role based in Barcelona.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and supporting the sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess abilities related to Training and Sales Management support, such as assisting with sales documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
- Strong interest in the drinks industry and non-alcoholic spirits, with willingness to learn about market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Barcelona and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
