Harrington Boyd are currently working with a integral life sciences company who are searching for an SAP IBP Consultant to join their team in Barcelona on a permanent basis! This position will offer hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from the home office 2-3 days per week.

The role:

- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP;, Control Tower) to support integrated business planning processes across the enterprise.
- Translate business forecasting, planning, and inventory requirements into scalable SAP F2P/IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders in supply chain, finance, and operations.
- Drive end‑to‑end implementation activities, including blueprinting, data modelling, integration with ECC/S4, testing cycles, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
- Develop and maintain planning models, key figures, algorithms, and analytics, enabling improved forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and decision‑making.
- Provide ongoing governance, training, and best‑practice guidance,



ensuring users adopt IBP capabilities effectively and that solution enhancements are delivered continuously.

We are searching for the following skills & experience:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience working with SAP, ideally focusing on SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas: SAP IBP, APO, F2PL, PPDS or ePPDS
- Previous experience working on at least one implementation of S/4HANA
- Ability to work on customization and configuration
- Previous experience working in an international environment
- Experience working within life sciences or a manufacturing industry
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential, Spanish would be a strong plus
