? We’re Hiring: SAP MDG Implementation Consultant – Customer & Controlling

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Implementation Consultant to join our SAP transformation team. The adecuado candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Governance , with a focus on Customer Master (MDG-BP) and Controlling / Cost Center Master Data .

This role will involve working across the full MDG implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP MDG implementation and rollout activities across Customer and Controlling master data domains.
- Design and configure MDG-BP / Customer Master governance processes, including creation, change, approval, validation, and replication.
- Work on Cost Center and CO Master Data governance processes and solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP MDG solution and technical designs .
- Configure and develop business rules using BRF+ , including validations, derivations, and workflow-related rules.
- Configure and support DRF (Data Replication Framework) for master data distribution to downstream systems.
- Work with MDG data models, change requests, workflows, validations, derivations, and governance processes .
- Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end MDG solutions.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities .
- Prepare solution designs,



functional/technical specifications, process documentation, and test scenarios.
- Troubleshoot master data governance and replication issues and provide appropriate solutions.

? What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant SAP MDG experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP MDG implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Customer and/or Controlling master data processes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or structured SAP delivery environments
- SAP MDG certification is an advantage
