Your primary tasks will focus on handling incoming donations, sorting materials, and supporting daily operational logistics:

- Support technical production staff in organizing, cleaning, and planning the workshop and facilities.

- Perform proper waste separation, reception, weighing, conditioning, and labeling of donated goods and recyclables.

- Assist during collection and delivery routes, including loading and unloading bulky items, clothing, and other eligible waste at collection points, households, and businesses.

- Move materials, donations, and products safely between storage, workshop spaces, and exhibition areas using appropriate equipment.

- Assist with public reception, basic phone inquiries,



mail drops, and cleaning work vehicles.

- Maintain and properly handle all tools and equipment assigned to your production area.

What you need to bring to the role:

- A valid certificate proving risk of social exclusion (essential).

- Active registration as a job seeker with SOIB (Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears).

- Must not have been employed by an insertion enterprise (empresa d'inserció) within the last two years.

- Basic Spanish communication skills (level A2).

- No formal academic qualification required; basic familiarity with mobile phones and digital tools is a plus.

- Motivation to participate actively in the social integration itinerary, self‑improvement mindset, and strong team spirit.

What the organization offers you:
