In this role, you will shape and execute the product roadmap for Star Trek Fleet Command, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver core features and monitor success. You’ll prioritize player experience, translate data into strategy, and lead projects from scoping to launch. Expect to mentor teammates, influence stakeholders, and focus on meaningful, data-driven improvements in a top MMO mobile title.

- Proven track record in monetisation xugodme and engagement systems
- Data-native mindset with ability to translate metrics into strategy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong player empathy with experience in user research or voice-of-player channels
- Experience driving impact across cross-functional pods (creative, design, engineering)
