We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Senior Space Technical Proposal Engineer; with passion in what you do, talented and experienced; to join the company's commercial team, actively participating in the execution of the sales and marketing plan and reporting directly to the Sales Manager. Their main responsibility will be bridging the technical and commercial areas, leading the elaboration of complex proposals and offers with a high technical component to meet the requirements of our space sector clients, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of products and proposals.

What you will be doing?

- Leadership and preparation of complex quotations and proposals with a high technical component, in coordination with the technical department.
- End-to-end preparation and management of high-complexity international public tenders and space contracts.
- Specialized technical and commercial assistance to customers in the pre-sale phase, along with continuous follow-up of active proposals.
- Updating and managing the CRM in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Elaboration of advanced technical-commercial content for sales and marketing.
- Interaction and contact with key industry suppliers.
- Coordination and preparation of the company's attendance at international exhibitions, fairs, and conferences.
- General and strategic support for the commercial area.

What Do We Need In Our Team

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales,



technical proposal preparation, or commercial engineering, preferably within the space or high-tech sector.
- Proven track record in developing and managing complex proposals with a high technical component.
- Solid engineering background facilitating a deep understanding of space technology, products, and solutions.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong customer orientation and strategic business mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Availability to travel.

Desirable knowledge
- Experience working with international agencies or organizations (e.g., ESA, EU) or large-scale public tenders.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software.
- Professional experience in international and multicultural environments.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires at least 2 days per week of on-site presence in the office).
