- candidates to specify their "all in" rate Full Spanish/EU Working Rights EssentialRole OverviewOur client, an international organisation, is seeking an experienced freelance Site Manager to provide full-time construction monitoring and independent technical/QHSE oversight on a large-scale utility PV plant and its associated grid connection infrastructure in southern Spain.

The role covers the full construction lifecycle, from mobilisation through to commissioning and start-up,
