Position Overview
Xiaomi is looking for a Spain Logistics Manager to independently take charge of local end-to-end delivery operation in the Spanish market. Serving as the local operation owner, you will be fully responsible for local supply chain execution, warehouse & logistics management, inventory health, cross-team project delivery and operational efficiency optimization, ensuring stable market supply, smooth product launches and sustainable business growth for Xiaomi consumer electronic products in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery Management: Own the overall local delivery performance, including on-time shipment rate, inventory turnover, stock availability and daily operational stability. Manage the full delivery cycle from supply allocation, warehousing, distribution to final market fulfillment.
- Warehouse & 3PL Operation Management: Oversee local third-party warehouse daily operations, inventory accuracy, stock rotation and abnormal stock handling. Monitor logistics service quality, solve daily warehousing and delivery exceptions, and continuously optimize local fulfillment efficiency.
- Inventory & Supply Coordination: Collaborate with integral supply chain, sales and GTM teams to align monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, reasonably allocate stock resources, effectively avoid stock-out and overstock risks, and support steady sales growth in the Spanish market.
- New Product Launch Delivery: Take charge of local launch delivery preparation, coordinate cross-functional resources to complete stock preparation, warehouse receiving and market distribution. Track launch progress,
summarize operational issues and optimize launch delivery SOP iteratively.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Conduct regular delivery data review, inventory structure analysis and operational summary. Identify key bottlenecks in logistics, warehousing and delivery links, propose targeted improvement plans and drive implementation.
- Local Vendor Management: Cooperate, manage and evaluate local logistics and warehouse suppliers, supervise service standard execution, promote service quality upgrade, and maintain a stable local delivery system.
- Risk Control & Problem Solving: Rapidly respond to delivery abnormalities including logistics delays, inventory anomalies and supply fluctuations, resolve operational issues efficiently, and guarantee stable local business operation.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of working experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management or market delivery operation; overseas local operation experience is preferred.
- Familiar with Spanish local logistics rules, warehousing management processes and local last-mile delivery models.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities, able to independently analyze operational data, identify risks and optimize delivery efficiency.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project coordination skills, able to align with global teams and drive local business delivery targets.
- Fluent in English and Chinese is a must, Spanish is a plus.
- Result-oriented, highly responsible, able to independently undertake local delivery operation work and adapt to fast-growing business demands.
