The Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best future talent across all agency disciplines. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead in Spain and play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You'll Do

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing meetings and hiring strategy design to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Advertise vacancies through various channels and manage recruitment activity through the ATS.
- Source, attract, assess and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruitment techniques.
- Review applications, conduct screening interviews, coordinate interview processes and support hiring decisions.
- Ensure all recruitment processes are delivered within agreed timelines and hiring metrics.
- Continuously identify and implement new sourcing methodologies, recruitment tools and market best practices.
- Develop, analyse and report recruitment and hiring metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc recruitment reports for business stakeholders.
- Advise hiring managers on job descriptions, market insights, interview best practices and recruitment compliance.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and staffing partners when required.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, maintaining regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and represent McCann professionally across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs across the agency.

What We'd Like To See
- + 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within advertising, creative, marketing or media environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.




- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Strong collaboration skills and sound judgement when supporting hiring decisions.
- Outstanding service orientation, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- High level of English (C1 or above).
