Your mission

- Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all technical systems and facilities within the hotel, spa, and medical areas




- Conducting regular inspections and identifying as well as resolving technical issues at an early stage
- Planning and carrying out repair, maintenance, and servicing work
- Monitoring and coordinating external contractors and specialized service providers
- Maintaining staff accommodations and supporting general caretaking and facility management tasks
- Documenting maintenance work, inspections, and technical measures
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa, Medical, and other specialist departments
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Actively supporting the continuous optimization of technical processes and operational procedures

We are looking for
- Completed training in a technical profession, ideally in the fields of electrical engineering, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, or a comparable discipline.
- Previous experience in building services, facility engineering, or technical facility management is an advantage.
- An independent, structured, and responsible approach to work.
- Strong practical skills and a solid technical understanding.
- A high level of service orientation, reliability, and a solution-focused mindset.




- A strong commitment to quality and a professional demeanor.
- You enjoy collaborating with different specialist departments in an international environment.
- Good Spanish and English language skills are considered an advantage.
