Key Responsibilities

- Maintain deep product knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through consumer electronics features.

- Effectively manage interactions through multiple channels, including chat, email, and telephone.

- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the high standards of quality associated with the JTI brand.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalated complex consumer electronics inquiries efficiently.

- Participate in regular feedback loops to enhance service protocols and overall consumer satisfaction.





- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).

- Proficiency in English for professional internal communication.

- Valid EU passport (mandatory).

- Strong passion for the consumer electronics sector and a desire to build a career in international business.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering premium results.
