In this role you will lead day-to-day sprint content aligned to the roadmap and manage a cross-functional team through planning, testing, and delivery. You will drive Agile processes for large-scale projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth QA cycles and timely fixes. You will organize ceremonies, track progress, and nurture team cohesion while supporting career development.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering value through structured planning, proactive risk management, and strong communication.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own sprint content for the version in line with the roadmap
- Sprint tracking: estimates, risk, alerts, ticket progress, planning and management of unforeseen applications
- Assign topics to the team on the project




- Ensure smooth testing phases with QA/testing team: capture feedback and plan fixes
- Organize project meetings: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective
- Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams
- Perform people management for team members
- Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression xugodme

Responsabilidades

- Significant and proven experience in managing large-scale projects in Agile
- Product Owner experience
- Strong listening and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proactive, organized, autonomous, and able to drive positive change
- Ability to lead and motivate a team and manage people progression
