Your role In the role of Technology Analyst, you will act as a windows device engineer and will be taking responsibilities on for Windows image engineering, hardware qualification, SCCM client support, Intune image validation, device provisioning testing, driver troubleshooting, and delivery of certified device images. Supports lab operations, validates new hardware models, identifies deployment defects, and collaborates with engineering teams to ensure successful image deployment and device readiness for Roche end users. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talents in the industry to create innovative high quality and EUC solutions to meet our clients’ business needs.

Required experience in:

- Windows OS Deployment and Imaging testing
- Hardware Qualification and Device Certification Testing
- Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager) Administration and Troubleshooting
- Device Provisioning and Build Validation
- Driver Packaging, Validation, and Troubleshooting
- Windows Feature Upgrade Testing (24H2 / 25H2)




- Device Readiness and Compatibility Validation
- Root Cause Analysis and Build Failure Investigation
- Lab Environment Support and Device Management
