We are an international technology services company founded in 1983 and currently have over 2,000 employees in 5 countries: France, Spain, Romania, Portugal, and Luxembourg.What are we looking for?An Run & Support Project Manager to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.Responsibilities:Run & Production Managemento Lead Run activities for ISF infrastructure, ensuring high availability andoperational stabilityo Supervise incident resolution (L1, L2, L3) and ensure SLA/SLO complianceo Coordinate major incident management (MIM) and communication withstakeholderso Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective actions• Technical Evolution & Infrastructure Initiativeso Lead technical evolution projects, including:Integration with enterprise security systemsInfrastructure modernization and obsolescence managementOptimization of performance, resilience, and maintainabilityo Manage technical roadmap and prioritization of infrastructure initiatives• Security & Vulnerability Managemento Coordinate remediation of security vulnerabilities (EVS / IVS) across platformso Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and internal policieso Drive coordination between security teams and technical teams to track andclose risks• Change Management & Governanceo Validate risk, impact, dependencies, and rollback strategieso Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and corporate procedureso Coordinate complex changes across multi-country environments• CI/CD & DevOps Toolchain Infrastructureo Coordinate infrastructure evolution of CI/CD toolchains and DevOpsenvironmentso Ensure alignment between infrastructure and deployment pipelineso Support automation and continuous delivery practices• Agile & Delivery Managemento Manage and track user stories and technical backlog in Agile environmentso Use tools such as JIRA and/or Octane for backlog management and deliverytrackingo Collaborate with Product Owners and squads to ensure alignment betweenbusiness and technical prioritieso Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)• Project Management & Governanceo Lead infrastructure-related initiatives following project lifecycle phases(initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)o Ensure adherence to governance processes, reporting, and decision bodies(e.g., Steering Committees)o Provide structured reporting on risks, progress, and deliverableso Manage stakeholders across IT, business, and security domains• Stakeholder & Multi-country Coordinationo Coordinate activities across multiple countries and teamso Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, security, and businessstakeholderso Ensure strong communication and alignment at all levelsRequirements:• Tools: JIRA, Octane, ServiceNow• Infrastructure: Windows, Linux, Cloud environments• Protocols: APIs, SFTP, CFT• Security: mTLS, SAML, vulnerability remediation processes• Methodologies: ITIL, Agile, DevOpsWork Model:Hibrid.Flexible hours, Monday to Friday.We offer: Continuous training Career plan tailored to employee preferences Progression within the company Adaptable working hours Hybrid work model Language training (English, French, Spanish).
