Mandatory requirements:

Fluent English (C1 level minimum) - mandatory.
4+ years of experience in operational coordination, service management, or technology operations environments.
Proven experience in Incident Management and Change Management processes.
Strong operational reporting and management information skills.
Experience producing KPI, SLA, availability, and operational performance reports.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and recurring issues from operational data.




Experience coordinating multiple technical teams during incidents and critical situations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Work location : Spain
Work mode: 100% remote

Languages:
