The HR generalist performs all HR-related duties of the team member life cycle for our Italian team members in close cooperation with the local Management team and the Global HR team.

Cover all areas of HR for the Italian subsidiary.
Recruit new team members in Italy according to the country's needs and budget plan to always ensure fully staffed teams and develop the local recruitment strategy.
Take care of the annual training and development plan in cooperation with the local leadership team.
Support all HR-related global programs, like the annual Performance and Merit review process.
Participate in local and general HR projects.

BA or master’s degree in HR or similar (e.g., Business, Law, Psychology) or long-term professional experience in HR.
3 – 5 years of professional experience in the general HR function of an international company.
Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and payroll rules.
IT knowledge in MS Office and HR-related IT programs (ideally SuccessFactors).
Fluent language skills in Italian and English are mandatory.
