We are seeking a driven and intellectually curious Investment Analyst / Associate to join the investment team at a formative stage of the platform. Reporting directly to the management team, you will play an integral role across the full investment cycle, from first call to exit. Origination and screening: source and assess inbound and proprietary opportunities across consumer, SME, real-asset and broader specialty finance collateral types, conducting initial market analysis as well as platform and credit assessments.
Underwriting: analyse data tapes and historical performance (delinquencies, defaults, prepayments, recoveries); build asset- and liability-side cash-flow models incorporating stress scenarios; support operational and legal due diligence on originators and servicers.
Structuring and execution: help shape facility terms (advance rates, eligibility criteria, triggers, covenants) and coordinate with counterparties, legal counsel and third-party advisers through to closing.
Investment committee: prepare investment memoranda and present your analysis and recommendations to the investment committee.
Portfolio monitoring: track portfolio performance against underwriting assumptions, review servicer reporting, and identify early-warning indicators and remedial actions.
Fund building: contribute to investor materials,



LP reporting and the development of the firm's investment processes and infrastructure.

1–5 years of relevant experience in structured finance, securitisation, leveraged or asset-backed lending, investment banking or a comparable analytical role at a lending platform or originator.
~ Strong financial modelling skills in Excel and comfort working with large, unstructured asset-level datasets; familiarity with Python, SQL or similar tools is a plus.
~ A sound understanding of credit analysis and structural protections, including cash-flow waterfalls, tranching, collateral eligibility and performance triggers.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to articulate and defend an investment view in front of senior stakeholders.
~ A strong academic background in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics or another quantitative discipline.
~ Fluency in English is required; An entrepreneurial, ownership mindset: you seek responsibility, are willing to take initiative and thrive in a lean team, without a large support structure.
