We are looking for a

Customer Service Specialist

to join our international team and become a key part of the relationship with our clients in the

US market .

Working within a premium design environment, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience — from the moment an order is placed through production, logistics and final delivery. This is a role for someone who combines

commercial sensitivity, operational excellence and a genuine client-oriented mindset .

The Role

Manage day-to-day relationships with

B2B clients in the US , providing a high level of service and attention to detail. Coordinate the complete order process, from order entry to delivery. Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Production and Finance to ensure smooth and efficient order management. Coordinate

international logistics between Europe–USA and Asia–USA , including documentation and shipment follow-up. Anticipate potential issues and provide proactive, solution-oriented responses to clients. Manage claims,



incidents and delivery issues with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate customer, product and order information within

ERP and CRM systems . Contribute to continuously improving processes and the overall customer experience. Who we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Service , ideally working with the

US market . Experience in

premium design, furniture, interiors, architecture, textiles or a related industry

is highly valued. Strong command of

ERP and CRM systems . Proven experience managing

international logistics , particularly

EU–USA and Asia–USA . Excellent communication and organisational skills. A highly

client-oriented and service-minded approach , with strong attention to detail. Proactive, independent and comfortable working in an international environment. Fluent English

is essential.
