At Hays, we are partnering with a leading company specialized in formwork, scaffolding, and engineering solutions for the construction sector to incorporate a Global Product Manager based in Algete (Madrid) .

This is a integral role within an international matrix organization, reporting to the Department Matrix Manager at the Group Headquarters. The position will play a key role in defining and developing a portfolio of products with worldwide impact, working closely with corporate teams across Europe and collaborating with markets in different regions, particularly Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement the product strategy for the assigned solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D;, Marketing, Sales, and Innovation teams to ensure commercial success.
• Participate in innovation initiatives and the development of new technical solutions.
• Visit customers and markets to identify growth opportunities and product improvements.




• Coordinate product launches and global positioning activities.

Requirements
✔ Engineering degree or higher technical education.
✔ Previous experience in Product Management within the construction, building, civil engineering, or technical products sector.
✔ Fluent English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
✔ Medium availability to travel internationally.
✔ Strategic mindset, strong business orientation, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
