We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our international team and become a key part of the relationship with our clients in the US market .

Working within a premium design environment, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience — from the moment an order is placed through production, logistics and final delivery.
This is a role for someone who combines commercial sensitivity, operational excellence and a genuine client-oriented mindset .

Manage day-to-day relationships with B2B clients in the US ,



providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
Maintain accurate customer, product and order information within ERP and CRM systems .
Contribute to continuously improving processes and the overall customer experience.
3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Service , ideally working with the US market .
~ Strong command of ERP and CRM systems .
~ A highly client-oriented and service-minded approach , with strong attention to detail.
~ Fluent English is essential.

4 days per week in our Barcelona office + Fridays working from home.
