You'll join idealista's Legal team, a multidisciplinary group covering corporate, commercial, data protection, regulatory and competition matters across all group companies. The team works closely with commercial and product stakeholders across all four markets.

We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with French qualification to be the go-to legal expert on all matters relating to idealista's French operations. You'll work from our Madrid headquarters, acting as the legal bridge between the group's central functions and the French business.

Advise on all legal matters affecting idealista's business in France: commercial contracts, corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute support
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements governed by French law (partnerships, vendor and supplier contracts, CRM and technology agreements, etc.)
Monitor and interpret French regulatory developments (e.g., Coordinate with external French counsel on specialist matters




Support corporate governance and compliance matters specific to idealista's French operations
Contribute to group-wide legal projects where they intersect with the French market

Native French speaker, with fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
~5-7 years of experience as in-house counsel or in a top-tier law firm, ideally with exposure to commercial, corporate and regulatory matters
~ Strong understanding of French regulatory frameworks relevant to digital platforms and consumer-facing businesses
~ Pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal advice, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders
