We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to fill the Russian Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

- Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

- Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.

- Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry or a similar client-facing role.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering world-class service.

- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless onboarding for this position in Bulgaria.

- Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
