The HR generalist performs all HR-related duties of the team member life cycle for our Italian team members in close cooperation with the local Management team and the Integral HR team.

Responsibilities

- Cover all areas of HR for the Italian subsidiary.
- Recruit new team members in Italy according to the country's needs and budget plan to always ensure fully staffed teams and develop the local recruitment strategy.
- Onboard new team members and ensure good integration.
- Take care of the annual training and development plan in cooperation with the local leadership team.
- Support all HR-related global programs, like the annual Performance and Merit review process.
- Cooperate with the external payroll provider and ensure correct and timely monthly payroll.
- Execute disciplinary measures in cooperation with the managers and external lawyers.




- Support Health & Safety measures for the entity.
- Responsible for all necessary documentation to maintain up-to-date and accurate team member files (contracts, etc.).
- Participate in local and global HR projects.

Qualifications

- BA or master’s degree in HR or similar (e.g., Business, Law, Psychology) or long-term professional experience in HR.
- Min. 3 – 5 years of professional experience in the general HR function of an international company.
- Good self-organization, sense of confidentiality, and professional communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and payroll rules.
- IT knowledge in MS Office and HR-related IT programs (ideally SuccessFactors). xcskxlj
- Fluent language skills in Italian and English are mandatory.
