Area Manager UK

We are looking for an Area Manager UK to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships and represent one of the most distinctive eyewear brands in the industry.

What you’ll do

- Grow sales and market share across the UK.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our customer network.
- Build strong partnerships with independent opticians and key accounts.
- Drive sell-out performance through commercial initiatives and brand activations.
- Present collections, campaigns and product launches.
- Act as a true ambassador of Etnia Barcelona, bringing our culture, creativity and values to every customer interaction.
- Share market insights and identify growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for





- 5+ years of sales experience in eyewear, optics, fashion, premium consumer goods or luxury brands.
- Strong commercial mindset and proven track record in business development.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-driven.
- Passion for design, fashion, culture and premium brands.
- Native English speaker.
