About this Role

Product Enablement Operations Manager is a key member of the leadership team driving the Product Enablement plan and priorities.

The role is accountable for the coordination and development of short-term initiatives to drive improvements across the function as well as ensuring the team is delivering their long-term strategic goals.

Furthermore, the role acts as a single point of contact for the function and is accountable for a wide array of stakeholder management and supporting the Head of Product Enablement in the preparation and production of quality documentation in line with the plans and expectations of VB and VBG P&S; LT. This role works very closely with the Senior Managers across Product Enablement as well as across VBG P&S;, Markets and relevant VB functions.

What you’ll do

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Input to, and coordination of, planning for short-term and long-term initiatives to ensure Team KPIs and priorities are met.
- Support the Head of Product Enablement and wider Leadership team in the coordination, preparation and production of regular reporting demands for VBG P&S;, ELT and ExCo.
- Identify, support and drive improvements across the Product Enablement team, including but not limited to reporting, collaboration, planning, communications and investment monitoring.
- Support the wider Leadership Team as required; ensure the smooth running of the function with specific accountability for Product Enablement Leadership Team meetings, team sessions and wider functional meetings.
- Work with stakeholders across P&S;, Markets and relevant VB functions to coordinate Product Enablement priorities, actions and dependencies

- Ability to take a consultative approach to building plans to support growth.
- Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders from across the business.




- Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
- Ability to develop and present ExCo/SLT level content and messaging to drive action.
- Highly analytical and numerate, able to present ideas in a compelling way and with exemplary attention to detail.
