Build, scale, and own the future of gaming at Mondia. As the VP Games, you will define and lead the end-to-end mobile gaming strategy, owning the full lifecycle from concept to monetization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a world-class gaming portfolio, driving user growth, engagement, revenue, and positioning the company as a leading player in the digital mobile-gaming ecosystems globally.

Responsibilities

- Define and execute the global gaming strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify market trends, player behaviors, and emerging opportunities (casual, mid-core, AAA, cloud gaming).

- Own the end-to-end gaming product portfolio offering (design, build, launch, scale, optimize).

- Drive data-led decision-making across engagement, LTV, retention, and ARPU.

- Own the gaming P&L; and deliver against revenue, margin, and growth targets.

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with game studios, publishers, and platforms.

- Lead and develop a high-performing product team.

- Establish quality standards,



testing frameworks, and release governance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile gaming platforms, PWAs, Web & App based gaming platforms, casual gaming, and ad-based revenue models.

- Proven experience defining and executing against roadmaps using Agile methodologies.

- Expertise in both web and native app development and deployment.

- Comprehensive understanding of the digital value chain and global transformation trends.

- Experience in D2C and B2B2C is a must;

experience in the telco industry is a plus.

- Strong experience in content acquisition and negotiating strategic partnerships with major game developers and publishers.

- Solid experience using AI in all aspects of gaming (build, delivery, UX).

- Strong commercial track record with P&L; ownership.

- Exposure to integral markets, specifically Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
