Role Description

You'll manage loans end-to-end, across residential, commercial, and construction scenarios, with real autonomy and trust.

Responsibilities

- Manage online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
- Work closely with the internal sales teams to maximize referral opportunities
- Guide customers through the mortgage journey from search to settlement and beyond
- Running files from initial assessment through to settlement




- Reviewing PAYG and self‑employed financials, including company and trust structures
- Supporting lending strategy through serviceability and Finstreet funders' policy positioning
- Liaising with funders, valuers, conveyancers, and accountants
- Proactively managing issues to keep deals moving
- Owning client communication and expectations throughout the process
- Maintaining audit-ready communication records, Finstreet internal, and AML compliance

Qualifications

- High performance track record and expertise in finance broking
- 2+ years experience in financial services
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage & Finance Broking
- Passionate about customer service and delivering exceptional results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to analyse financial data and recommend suitable loan products
- Familiarity with mortgage products, lending regulations and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field is an advantage
