We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar panel cleaning robots at customer sites. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation and commissioning of solar cleaning robots at site

- Handle preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM)

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

- Ensure proper robot performance and functionality

- Coordinate with design, production, and support teams for issue resolution

- Provide on-site training to customer/operator teams

- Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation





- Ensure timely closure of service tickets/complaints

- Support remote troubleshooting when required

- Ensure adherence to safety standards at site

Required Skills

- Knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems

- Hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting

- Understanding of motors, sensors, wiring, and control systems

- Ability to read technical xcskxlj drawings and wiring diagrams

- Good problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and customer handling skills

Preferred Skills

-

- Experience in field service / site work

- Exposure to robotics / automation / solar industry

- Basic knowledge of PLC or controllers (added advantage)

- Willingness to travel frequently
