Задачи:

- Support the monthly payroll process, including preparing, validating, and reviewing payroll inputs and documentation
- Maintain employee and payroll information across systems and document changes accurately
- Support the payroll and administrative aspects of hires, contract changes, leaves, absences, and terminations
- Support Social Security and other payroll-related administrative processes while developing knowledge of Spanish payroll practices
- Support payroll checks and reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and learn to investigate and resolve them
- Maintain payroll documentation, trackers, and internal controls
- Help respond to payroll-related questions and collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and external partners
- Take responsibility for more complex payroll activities as knowledge develops
- Contribute ideas to improve and automate payroll processes

Требования:
- Beginning a career with a genuine interest in Payroll and People Operations




- Studied or currently studying Labour Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed information, with strong attention to accuracy
- Organised, proactive, curious, and comfortable asking questions
- Interested in understanding how and why processes work
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
- Professional working Spanish and a good level of English
- Previous Payroll or HR administration experience is welcome but not required
