We're Camping, a brand storytelling and video agency in Barcelona. We help B2B tech companies go from 'boring' to heartfelt, through brand work and video.

THE ROLE

More and more of our campaigns are made fully or partly with AI: ads with AI characters, a mascot, a manifesto film made 100% in AI. Our creative team leads them, and right now only one or two freelancers do the generation work with them. We have several AI campaigns running until December and more coming after that, so we're looking for someone to work with us every month, not project by project.

You'll do two things. First, you help decide where a campaign goes visually: the look, the tone, moodboards and styleframes, and why that direction fits the idea. Then you make it yourself. You generate the shots, keep characters and spaces consistent from shot to shot, and hand over video that is ready to edit.

You'll work with our creative director, our AI creative lead, a project manager and our editors. We give you accounts on our AI platforms and a credit budget for each project.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Turn a script or a creative idea into a visual direction, with moodboards and styleframes
- Generate AI video yourself, shot by shot, from casting the characters to the final takes
- Keep the same character, costume, props and space across every shot
- Control light, camera and action, so a fast beat still reads on screen




- Do the first edit, upscaling or sound when the project needs it
- Keep track of the credits you use and tell us early if a shot costs more than planned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- You make AI video with your own hands. We're not looking for someone who supervises a team that does the generation
- A portfolio with AI video you made, ideally commercial or branded work
- A film eye: framing, light, eyelines, continuity, and how shots cut together
- You bring your own ideas to a brief, not only execution
- Hands-on experience with tools like Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, Veo or ElevenLabs
- You work freelance, as a person. Studios and agencies that pass the work on to others are not a fit for this role
- Professional English

NICE TO HAVE

- You also edit, grade, compose or do sound design
- Experience with B2B tech or product videos
- Spanish. Part of our team works in Spanish
- You live in Spain

HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER

Freelance and remote, on a monthly retainer of around €2,500 (excluding VAT). The exact amount depends on your experience. We'd like to start as soon as possible.

If we shortlist you, we'll ask you to do a short test: one scene with two characters, made in AI, plus a short note on how you made it.

You invoice us as a freelancer or a company.
