What we look for?

We are looking for a Generative AI Specialist to join an innovative international project in the banking sector. If you are passionate about GenAI, AI agents, Copilot, ChatGPT, and helping organizations transform the way they work through AI, this opportunity is for you!

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

As a Generative AI Specialist, you will help business teams maximize the value of generative AI solutions by designing, building, and improving AI assistants and agents that streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance employee productivity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building, configuring, and maintaining AI agents and assistants for business use cases.
Designing prompts, system instructions, and knowledge sources.
Evaluating business requirements and recommending the best AI solution within the corporate AI ecosystem.
Supporting business users in creating their own AI agents through technical guidance and quality reviews.
Managing and maintaining the AI use case inventory, including status, risks, and key decisions.
Contributing to AI governance frameworks, validation criteria, and responsible AI practices.
Collaborating with business, technical, and data teams.
Delivering training sessions, workshops, and creating user documentation.





What do we expect from you?

3-6 years of professional experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar AI agent-building platforms.
Strong prompt engineering and Generative AI expertise applied to real business scenarios.
Experience delivering end-to-end no-code or low-code AI solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent English and Spanish (B2/C1)
Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and autonomy.

Nice to have:

Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, or Model Risk frameworks.
Experience with Agentic AI platforms and low-code AI solutions.
Experience delivering training, enablement, or change management initiatives.
Basic Python programming skills.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.

100% remote (Spain)

Business hours.
