This pre-doctoral call for the completion of a PhD is associated with the following project:

EARLYPTB “DIGITAL PCR AND GENETIC, TRANSCRIPTOMIC, METATRANSCRIPTOMIC AND EPIGENETIC CHARACTERISATION TO IMPROVE EARLY DETECTION AND GENETIC RESISTANCE TO PARATUBERCULOSIS” (Número de referencia PID2025-168088OR-C21), to be carried out within the Immunogenetics section of NEIKER's Department of Animal Science.

Research Field Biological sciences » Biology Education Level Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

To hold a university degree of at least 300 ECTST (European Credit Transfer System) credits, a university master's degree or equivalent.

A university degree in one of the following academic disciplines: Genetics, Agronomy, Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Science and Food Technology, or other disciplines related to the biosciences.





Specific Requirements

To have been admitted to a doctoral programme by the start date of the pre-doctoral contract. (This will be dealt with by the successful candidate.)

In any case, persons who already hold a PhD degree from any Spanish or foreign university may not be recruited.
