To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

Previous experience of CX and/or BPO environment at Operations Manager or similar level

Experience in Team management

Able to manage profit and loss

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders

Skilled at working with clients and their needs





Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience - you believe that customers deserve more than just support.

C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.

Additional languages such as German or Dutch would be a bonus.
